Theatre workshops for teachers are categorised as stand alone workshops and sustained programs which last 2 months long, each workshop being either half a day or a full day workshop customised to the needs of the educational institution.
Workshops are held for a group of teachers selected by the management of the institution and the modules or the focus of the workshops is decided based on a survey method conducted anonymously after understanding the concerns from the teachers directly.
The workshops are then hand picked and customised to suit the needs, in the direction to ensure creative growth and emotional bonding among peers. Themes or topics of workshop usually include – Creative classrooms, Emotional balance, Spiritual needs, Peer bonding to name a few.
The modules are interactive and fun-based focusing on creativity, verbal and non-verbal communication, storytelling, building associations and developing reflectiveness.
